By submitting information to the website "HalifaxRentals.com",
or accessing information from the website, you ("the user")
agree to the following Terms and conditions. If you do not agree
to the following terms and conditions do not submit or access
the information on this website.
Listings Submissions & Management
The user agrees not to submit or alter any property, advertisement,
logo, contact name, phone numbers, photographs, property information
or any other data related to a property listing unless YOU have
obtained all necessary rights to the the aforementioned items.
REAL DATA NETWORKS (hereafter referred to as "RDN")
may at its own discretion, at anytime and without notice remove
any information it feels in violation to this provision, or
for any other reason. RDN may also terminate the accounts of
and refuse service to users who violate this agreement.
By submitting a property listing to this website, the user
is agreeing to allow this information to be displayed fully
on the website. The company may at its sole discretion, at anytime,
and without notice change how properties are displayed, searched
or otherwise utilised on the website.
It the user's sole responsibility, and the user warrants that
all associated information with the submission is accurate and
the user agrees to maintain the information at anytime required
to maintain its accuracy. RDN accepts no responsibility for
checking the accuracy of submissions filed by the user.
You may not make reference to any other website or publication
in your listing that we deem as our competition.
The user is solely responsible for retaining back-up copies
of all information you submit to the website.
Use of Information
Real Data Networks in no way warrants the information on
this website to be accurate and that use of information provided
is at your own risk. It is the responsibility of you, the user,
to confirm any information you obtain with the submitting party.
The user agrees to limit access and use of listing to personal
use and are forbidden to use the information for further distribution,
publication, or for any other such purpose. ANY and ALL information
provided on this website shall not be reproduced in connection
with any other listing service.
Payment Terms
The user agrees to pay for all services utilised through this
web site using the payment method indicated. RDN may immediately
cease to provide services to the customer if payment is not
current. Monthly Fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether
the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the month.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless Customer contacts
Real Data Networks in writing or by calling Customer Service
with 30 days notice.. With 30 days written notice, the Company
reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at
any time.
User Account
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of
your username and password. The Company in no way accepts responsibility
for any incorrect information contained in a listing whether
by error on part of YOU, the user, or by any other party utiliaing
your private username and password.
Other Rights of Real Data Networks
The user agrees that Real Data Networks has the right to use
Listings and other information submitted to it for any purpose,
including without limitation for publication of all or part
of such Listing on the world wide web for unrestricted use by
customers. Real Data Networks reserves the right to remove all
or any part of a Listing or refuse Services to anyone at any
time in its sole discretion.
