Non-smoker, seeks an apartment or small house to call home. I would love a long term rental, as I plan on getting settled and dont like moving. Im a meticulous cleaner, and I love to garden, so any place I call home will be very well taken care of. I am planning on adopting a small pet in the future, most likely a cat, or a parrot.
I'm a professional singer, so i practise singing almost everyday, so to have a place where the sound doesnt go right through the walls would be nice, so that i'm not bothering other tenants. I'm not a partier though, and I prefer things to be quiet at my place around 11pm.
Im not looking to move until january or february, but if i find a nice place ill move sooner.
